SHE was hardly wearing the outfit of a nurturing mother, but Britney Spears was happy to show her maternal side as she met some of her younger fans.
Spears, who will perform her final Sydney show tonight before heading to Brisbane, hung out with Randwick Children’s Hospital patients Jessica Sukkar, Amelia Sukkar and Sonia Tadros backstage after her concert on Tuesday night. November 17 2009.
And the US pop princess has been playing the doting mother with her own children while in the harbour city, taking sons Sean Preston and Jayden James to Sydney Aquarium on Wednesday.
Spears, who has already performed three shows at Rod Laver Arena, will return to Melbourne with her Circus tour on November 27, and then finish in Adelaide on November 29.

At their 10th anniversary party, they had cut-out Britney stand ups, a replica of her Good Morning America cake and a mini concert performance by 3 very talented performers.

There were tons of paparazzi waiting at the entrance of Britney’s Hotel in Paris. So they used a Britney Decoy to throw the paps off. So when the decoy arrived in a car in front of the hotel a little boy Britney Fan pictured above named Quentin was so disappointed it was not Brit that he started to cry. Britney and Jason had had already entered the Hotel But when she spotted the little boy crying the tears of the little boy apparently touched her heart because two minutes later Jason came back and asked Quentin’s father to follow him and said Britney wants to see your son. Brit’s Bodyguard then took Quentin to Britney at the elevator near the parking garage.Then Britney kissed him and took a picture with him. Aww that is so sweet! Lucky Boy! Britney Spears’ fans were lined up 10 deep, staring at a wall of T-shirts and shelves of hats, posters and crystal lollipop holders, all hoping they would be the next up to get a piece of their idol.

PITTSBURGH — There’s no question that Britney Spears’ Circus tour is a spectacle. During each show, the pop star performs her biggest hits amid acrobats, clowns and martial artists — just to name a few of her over-the-top co-stars.
With such an elaborate production, it’s no wonder fans at her Pittsburgh show found it difficult to decide which part was their favorite. Although most fans offered up a generic “I loved everything,” a few Spears supporters managed to pinpoint moments that made them gasp for air and scream the loudest.
Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton is the ringmaster of Spears’ traveling circus, and his taped introduction signals Spears’ entrance. For Hugh Stumpp, 21, the anticipation was too much to bear, which made Hilton’s preshow message his favorite moment of the night.
