Britney Spears was seen arriving at an airport in McComb, Mississippi today (February 27) in anticipation of kicking off her tour early next week in New Orleans, Louisiana!

The 27-year-old pop diva arrived in at the airport about 15 miles from her hometown of Kentwood looking fit and pretty in a red top and black skirt. She was accompanied by an entourage of about a dozen people, including her two sons, 3-year-old Sean Preston and 2-year-old Jayden James, and her brother Bryan.

The singer was met by her parents Lynne and Jamie Spears, who greeted Britney with a kiss on her forehead!

Britney Spears made it a cozy New Year’s Eve with her family – seeing big brother Bryan, 31, tie the knot in a private ceremony at New Orleans landmark Latrobe’s on Royal.

“It was beautiful,” a source tells PEOPLE about the elder Spears’s wedding to Graciella Sanchez, 36, longtime manager of little sister Jamie Lynn. “It was only close family, very small and intimate.”

While the couple’s engagement may have caught many by surprise – they only recently started dating seriously – the two have been acquaintances for years.

“The family was totally excited,” a friend of the family tells PEOPLE. “Graciella’s wonderful. Everybody was happy about it.”

The bride looked stunning in a beige-white Carolina Herrera dress, while the groom sported a smart Marc Jacobs suit. As for the guests? Sanchez’s mother and brother were in attendance, as was the entire Spears crew including sisters Britney and Jamie Lynn; their kids Jayden James, Preston and Maddie; Jamie Lynn’s fiancé Casey Aldridge; and parents Jamie and Lynne.

There’s never an end to surprises in the Spears family and this time, it’s Britney Spears’ big brother, Bryan Spears, who’s under the spotlight. OK! has learned that Spears, 31, is set to marry his new fiance Garciella Sanchez in a New Years Eve ceremony!

“It is going to be a very small, private ceremony,” a source tells OK!. “They only planned it about a week ago.”

Britney has reportedly flown to Louisiana with sons Sean Preston and Jayden James to attend the nuptials. Bryan and Garciella have been acquaintences for years but only recently started dating seriously. Sanchez is Jamie Lynn Spears’ manager. A Yale graduate, she helped found One Talent Management, where she still works.

As if her life didn’t already have enough drama, early this morning Britney Spears’ brother Bryan was spotted leaving a hospital in McComb, Mississippi with her son Sean Preston Federline and a nanny.

According to sources on the scene, the Spears family made a trip to the emergency room late last night for Jayden James. Depending on the situation, this may not bode well for Brit, who was recently allowed to take her kids out of California for the first time since her ex-husband Kevin Federline was awarded full custody.

Britney Spears rushed her two-year-old son Jayden James to hospital yesterday after he suffered a suspected seizure during a long-awaited family trip to her hometown.
In what could be a devastating setback for the singer, who has just got her life back on track after a public meltdown earlier this year, Jayden James was raced to the emergency ward after lapsing into a “vague and unresponsive” state.

The toddler fell ill yesterday afternoon at the family home in Kentwood, Louisiana. The entire Spears clan made the 25-mile dash to Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Centre, Mississippi.

Doctors were unable to pinpoint the problem straight away and kept the toddler in for overnight observation.

Reports suggest a distraught Britney, refused to leave his side and asked for a bed next to him in the ward.

Her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, is now believed to be making plans to jet out of Los Angeles to be at Jayden’s bedside.

It’s the first time Britney has been allowed to leave California with sons Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden since their dad K-Fed was given full custody in July.

Our girl Brit sure had a tough day yesterday – especially when she bumped into a pair of pushy fans on her way to Tracey Ross! As you can see in our video, these two little girls simply would not take no for an answer, crowding Britney’s car and even calling the pop princess a “bitch” for daring to cover up. Well, you’ll certainly never get anywhere if that’s your attitude, young ladies!

Thankfully, Britney’s family was on hand to support her – not only did we catch her mother Lynn accompanying Brit into Tracey Ross, but we caught her leaving after dinner with none other than her brother Bryan a little later out in Silver Lake! Isn’t it great seeing Britney’s family coming to her aid like this? ‘Course, that’s just what the Spears family does when one of their daughters isin need.
