Despite reports that Spears was “rushed” to the hospital today, her rep tells E! News she was simply there for a routine checkup.
“Everything is fine,” says Spears’ rep. “Britney is there for an annual physical.”
Photogs claimed Brit-Brit was accompanied to UCLA Medical Center’s Mattel Children’s Hospital earlier today by two cars and a police escort.
And Perez Hilton had the Twitter world in a tizzy when he posted: “I’m hearing that @BritneySpears is in the emergency room right now. Hope it’s nothing major and everything is okay! Maybe her kids?”
Imagine that, the blogosphere blowing something out of proportion.

K-Fed’s introduction is at the 2:00 minute mark where he said he looks like a pregnant man. LOL Then right after is Shar’s part where she is crying and says everyone knows her as K-Feds Baby Mamma and she wants someone to come into her life without bringing up the same thing hows Kevin and hows Britney? Shar also had a tearful confrontation to a smiling K-Fed about how she felt about K-Fed leaving her for Britney. She went on to say that she felt like he was like F it whatever and went on to the next thing and that killed me.
Jamie Lynn Spears, 18, and babydaddy Casey Aldridge, 20, have split up, UsMagazine.com claims.
In 2007, Spears, then 16, announced in an interview with OK! Magazine that she was pregnant with Aldridge’s child. Daughter Maddie Briann Aldridge was born in June 2008.
The couple, who met in church, decided to raise their daughter in Mississippi. They never married.
Spears is the younger sister of pop superstar Britney Spears and starred in two Nickelodeon series; “All That” and “Zoey 101.”

Arriving in from Miami, Florida earlier in the day, Britney Spears was spotted hitting the red carpet at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards on (January 31).
Joined by boyfriend Jason Trawick, the “Toxic” mommy was smiling from ear to ear as she greeted the paparazzi in a see-through black dress overtop a black bodysuit with black stockings and black heels.

Finished up with her weekend getaway, a tired looking Britney Spears was spotted making her way through the airport in Miami on Sunday morning (January 31).

Miss Spears spent two days in the southern Florida local with boyfriend Jason Trawick while hitting up the recording studio.

Satisfying her need to drop a little cash, Britney Spears headed out on a shopping spree in Beverly Hills on Wednesday afternoon (January 7).
Showing off her dark brunette locks, the “3” singer browsed through a local antique shop’s selections while joined by her trusty security staffer.
Meanwhile, Miss Spears recently chatted with Look magazine about her body appearance - confessing that she’s never totally satisfied with her physique.
Brit tells, “I’m such a perfectionist, which means I’m never satisfied. I always strive for things to be better. I think you can be happy with the person on the inside but on the outside you’re always striving for more. But that’s how you end up driving yourself crazy.”
Asked if she considers herself a sex icon, the 28-year-old replied, “I don’t see myself like that at all. I don’t know why. To me, someone who is sexy is someone with confidence, who carries themselves properly and is comfortable in their own skin.”

January 7th, 2010: Britney was spotted shopping for furniture at the Pottery Barn in Beverly Hills Thursday afternoon. After, she swung by Chateau Marmont to meet up with Jason Trawick. After Chatueau Marmont the two went back to Jason’s house.
Britney Spears started off her day around 11 a.m., first stopping by a music studio on Wilshire - where she was working on her latest album! So excited for that, natch. Then our girl was dropped off in Bev Hills for a little retail therapy…
Our photogs on the scene say that Brit “seemed relieved to get out of the house,” or in this case, her hotel!, and that she “appeared to be in better spirits than in recent days.”
Then Britney stopped at Pottery Barn for some moderately priced home furnishings and afterward, headed to the Chateau Marmont around 2:45 pm.
Jason Trawick was there waiting for her. So it looks like the twosome are at least on friendly terms. Maybe their rumored rough patch is smoothed over temporarily?
The two just left the hotel together in the same car — Brit’s bodyguard driving Jason’s car and Jason chauffeuring Britney in her car. They stopped at Jason’s house to pick up what appeared to be an overnight bag for him and then headed to Britney’s house!
