Britney Spears is working with her old assistant again.
Felicia Culotta, a longtime friend of the Spears family who worked for the singer from 1998-2007, had a brief falling out in 2007 around the time Spears, 27, famously shaved her head.
But Culotta (who went on to work as an assistant for the Jonas Brothers) tells Usmagazine.com she couldn’t be happier about teaming up with Spears again.
“Britney has always held a special place in my heart, and over the course of the last year I have seen her work harder than she ever has in her entire life,” Culotta tells Us.
“Sadly, I am really going to miss the Jonas boys, but I felt I had to be a part of this exciting time in Britney’s career. I love Britney and missed her dearly.”

We’ve run into Felicia many times. Even when Britney was at her worst, Culotta NEVER had anything bad to say about Spears. She’s a true friend and one of the few people that cares about Britney not about “Britney Spears.”
It’s official… Britney Spears will go on tour — for a price.
We’ve learned Jamie Spears and K-Fed have now both signed the document we told you about last week, which clears the path for Brit taking her kids on the road for her upcoming concert tour. What, you ask, is in it for Federline?? How bout $5,000 a week.
As we first reported, the way the deal goes is Jayden James and Sean Preston will follow Britney to three hubs — New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles. Britney will commute back and forth from each hub during the tour. She’s also renting houses in New Jersey and New Orleans for Kevin if he wants to come along for the ride. But K-Fed gets the $5,000 a week, whether he shows up or not.
But wait, there’s more. We’ve learned the deal Jamie and K-Fed signed memorializes the custody arrangement they’ve all been following since last year. Britney gets the kids 3 days and nights a week, according to the new agreement, which will remain in effect after the tour is over. We’re also told many weeks, Britney has the kids more than Kevin. So in effect it’s 50/50 custody.
Score another victory for Brit’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, who sealed the deal.

Britney Spears has moved into a new estate that’s perfect for raising her sons, Sean and Jayden. Britney knew what she wanted in a new home - lots of light, peaceful views and plenty of room for her sons, Sean and Jayden, to grow into. “Britney wants a fresh start for her boys,” explains a friend to In Touch.
“She eventually wants joint custody and believes that a new home will show the court that she is changing her life for the benefit of the kids.” The report add that the singer found exactly what she was looking for in Chateau Suenos, which means “House of Dreams” and goes inside the home.

What Britney Spears wants, Britney gets. Last week there were reports that Britney would consider canceling her upcoming ‘Circus’ tour if she couldn’t figure out child custody arrangements with ex Kevin Federline, but luckily they’ve squared away the details and the show is officially back on!
K-Fed will accompany Brit on tour so the couple’s sons can spend time with their mom while she’s on the road. Before you let out a big “aww” we’re pretty sure she agreed to pay him somewhere around $4K+ a week for the duration of the tour.
K-Fed’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan tells E! News that Spears will probably see her boys on “pretty much the same schedule that she has now” under the terms of the new agreement.
He adds, “Kevin is working to make them accessible by going on various central locations in various areas of the country. He is doing that because he wants her to be able to have the maximum positive environment around her to assure that the tour will be successful.”
The full details of the new custody arrangement are expected to be released by the end of the week. Wonder how K-Fed’s new girlfriend Victoria feels about him spending all that time with Britney?
