Arrival
The Toxic VIP experience begins at 4:15 when the VIPs check-in and receive their tickets, a VIP lanyard, a wristband for floor access, 2 drink vouchers, and an assortment of hard candy. From that point, they are escorted to the VIP room and greeted at the door by several of the wonderful Big Apple Circus performers.

The VIP Room
The VIP Room is fully decorated with circus posters, banners, costumes, balloons, glitter, etc. Once inside the VIP room, an arrangement of finger foods is available and several mix CD’s play in the background that include the entire ‘Circus’ album and other recent Top 40 hits.

The Backstage Tour
At 5:15, groups are given backstage tours that last about 15 minutes. The VIPs see the stage, quick change area, catering, loading dock, wardrobe, offices, male dressing room, and various props and stage pieces that are in the hallways. The highlight of the tours are the quick change, wardrobe, and seeing the performers from the show.

Dinner
At 5:30, dinner and dessert are rolled out for the VIPs, while each group completes their tour. In the meantime, popcorn and cotton candy is served. Throughout the party, the circus performers go table-to-table introducing themselves. They do magic tricks, teach hula hoop, and make balloon animals. Some of the dancers also stop by to say hi!

Taking Their Seats
When doors open between 6:30-7:00, VIPs are escorted to the VIP West area as soon as doors are open, so they are first on the floor. The VIP concierge checks in with the VIPs at several points through the show and at the end of the evening.
