Kevin Federline’s attorney was out at STK with his date and was kind enough to spare a few words. We ask if he’ll be watching the Sarah Palin debate?

‘How can you not?’ he tells us, ‘I love good entertainment.’

So, in the current economic crisis what does he do about his money?

‘I try to lose it as much as I can in the stock broker,’ he says. Ouch.

Mark gives us the benefit of his legal knowledge and an inside view on Britney’s forthcoming driving without a license court appearance. These misdemeanors occurred during Brit’s much publicized breakdown. Does he think things might go back?

‘I certainly hope not,’ he tells us, ‘And I have to think that there’s been some real progress that’s been made. Right now, while the conservatorship’s in place I think that that imposes a certain amount of safeguards. And the question is what happens when that’s not there?

‘We’ll just have to [be] totally willing to extend the benefit of the doubt.’
